TechDashers started with something simple: a missed message from a close friend who was stuck on a critical computer problem and needed help. By the time I saw it, their day was already derailed.
Growing up, I was always the person family and neighbors called when a screen went black, a network dropped, or a hard drive failed. Over the past 12 years, that childhood curiosity grew into a professional IT career—earning multiple industry certifications, a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, a Master’s in Cybersecurity, and architecting complex systems. But through it all, one reality remained unchanged: when everyday people face technical issues, finding honest, affordable, human help is still far too difficult.
