For hardware repairs, printer setups, or home network issues that require a physical touch, we’ll dispatch a TechDasher to your location for 1-hour. You’ll receive professional-grade documentation and a clear service record for your home or small business records, ensuring you know exactly what was fixed and why.
The TechDashers Guarantee: Fair & Transparent Pricing
We believe you should only pay for results. Whether you choose Remote or On-Site support, Your booking fee covers the technician’s arrival and a comprehensive 1-hour diagnostic. If you choose to proceed with the recommended fix, 100% of this fee is applied to your service total. You only pay the remaining balance.
If you move forward with the recommended repair, we will credit your entire diagnostic fee ($25 or $40) directly toward the final cost of the fix.
If our technician is unable to provide a definitive diagnosis or a clear path to resolution, your diagnostic fee will be fully refunded. We don’t believe in charging you to tell you “we don’t know.”
