This page is a short wrapper for Technician accounts. It is not a fifth full contract. The binding terms are the documents linked below.
1. Who this page is for
If you create, maintain, or continue a Technician (TechDasher) account on the TechDashers Platform, this page applies to you. Client-only users should read the Platform Terms of Service instead.
2. Age and independent-contractor status
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Technicians are independent contractors (Form 1099-NEC), not employees, agents, or partners of NexGen PC Logic, LLC. Classification, compensation, taxes, insurance, and non-solicitation are set out in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
3. Agreements you accept
By creating a Technician account, tapping “I Agree,” checking an acknowledgment box, signing a counterpart, or continuing to use a Technician account after the Effective Date of Version 2.0, you agree to all of the following:
- Platform Terms of Service (Version 2.0) — marketplace rules, payments, remote diagnostics (Getscreen), communications (Agora), liability cap, 48-hour in-app disputes, and arbitration.
- Acceptable Use Policy — prohibited conduct, including off-platform payments, remote-access abuse, and mandatory reporting.
- Privacy Policy — how we collect and share personal information, including GPS while you are Online or En Route.
- Independent Contractor Agreement, Form ICA-2026-v2 — 80/20 split, tips, Trust & Safety Fee, 48-hour payout hold, Stripe Connect and 1099-NEC, 1099Policy, hardware seller-of-record model, Platform Guarantee and indemnification-debt withholding, and the 12-month non-solicitation covenant.
If there is a conflict, the order of precedence in ICA Section 1(c) and Terms Section 1(b) controls.
4. What changed from the July 29, 2026 Technician Terms
The July 29, 2026 Technician Terms of Service duplicated large parts of the contractor agreement. Those operative terms now live in ICA-2026-v2 and the unified Platform Terms. You should read those documents in full. Continuing to use a Technician account is acceptance of the new suite, subject to any arbitration opt-out right in Terms Section 27.
5. Electronic records
We may record your acceptance, including timestamp, IP address, user agent, account identifier, and document version, as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
