Off-platform “under-the-table” work is strictly prohibited and carries zero liability coverage or platform protection.5. Commission & Payouts: TechDashers retains a 20% platform fee for lead generation and administration. Payouts (80% split) are released via Stripe Connect upon the client’s acceptance of the PoR or following a 48-hour inactivity period.6.
